Values |
- Honesty -- The basis behind this value is that you say what you mean and do what you say, in other words liars never prosper. Don't be like a politician that says one thing to be elected and does something else while in office. Instead be the individual that speaks the truth not only through words but also through your actions.
- Respect -- The basis behind respect is kindness. One does not have to agree with another's view and that's o.k., but it's not o.k. to be disrespectful. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
- Discipline --This value applies to all facets of business and life. Only you can control your words and actions. It's very easy to judge another for lack of discipline but it's not as easy to control one's own words and actions. Take responsibility and discipline your words and actions into something positive for yourself and/or someone else. A few examples that need discipline include: showing up on time, procrastination on projects, drugs and alcohol, physical weight, anger, road rage, studying, spending money, saving money, and much more.
