Business Systems Analyst (Chevron Texaco 05/2002-01/2003)
- Defined and documented business process requirements, and executed the detailed design and configuration of price inquiry functionality within SAP.
- Developed and executed integration test scripts which tested end-to-end business events including interfaces, enhancements and transactions to ensure that all relevant systems function properly as designed.
- Helped design and execute mission critical price notification integration test scripts, which directly with customers' production systems.

Extra Curricular Activities
• SAP Configuration - Used the pre-configured client and accelerated SAP to configure the materials management module to support a simulated global brewing company. Our team was successful in configuration, leading our simulated company to go-live.
• SAP Basis Administration - Led team for Users group. Studied theoretical basics involved in administrating complex systems with multiple layer architecture. Installed a full SAP R/3 instance including, HP-UX 11.0, Oracle 8.06, and SAP R/3 (version 4.6b).
• Networking - Installed Windows NT on a server client computers. Designed a network for a local medium-size company, improving their response times along with business processes.
• Systems Analysis - Led project team in designing a conceptual model of a online-learning community which included a mock up web-based prototype.
• Computers For Schools - Volunteered to help redesign personal computers to be used in the local K-12 schools. Modified existing operating system platform, network standards, and IRQ settings.
